Coffee is FASCINATING. It's a plant. The plant grows cherries. Inside the cherries are (usually) 2 seeds that we know as coffee beans. They are raw and dense and don't eat them they don't taste good yet! There are different methods of separating the seeds from the fruit. There are many varietals, cultivars, origins, farming methods, processing methods, roasting styles and brewing methods that produce an enormous variety of flavours in your cup. Coffee is FROM THE LAND. Its complexity is mind boggling. It's like wine BUT IT HELPS YOU WORK FASTER (maybe)! It's delicious and social and GOOD FOR YOU (we are not health professionals). We try to do justice to the coffee's origin and the producers that have worked hard to grow their crop. We buy the best quality that we can and pay fair prices. We roast in small batches and quality control every roast. We only sell what we think best represents the land and the people that have produced this QUALITY PRODUCT.
